Welcome to Kolbe Catholic College! We are delighted to welcome your family to our College community.
To help make your child’s transition to Kolbe as smooth and positive as possible, we have provided all the information you need to get ready for their first day. This page includes important forms, key dates, uniform and booklist information, technology requirements, transport, student transition information and other useful resources for new students and families.
We encourage you to work through the information below and complete any required forms and actions before your child commences at Kolbe.

Students at Kolbe Catholic College will commence on Monday 1st February 2027. Please ensure you child arrives at Reception at 8:30am.
As part of your child’s enrolment at Kolbe Catholic College, families are required to complete the forms below. These forms provide the College with important information to support your child’s enrolment, learning and transition to Kolbe Catholic College.
Please ensure that all required forms are completed and submitted by the requested due date (please refer to your email from the Enrolments Manager). The information provided will be treated confidentially and used by the College to assist in preparing for your child’s commencement.

SCHOOL FEES
School fees for 2027 have not yet been finalised. The Fees document and Payment Plan Form will be emailed to you once it is available.
BUS INFORMATION
2027 Charter Bus Bookings will open this Monday, 14 September at 9:00am. A letter containing all relevant information regarding the 2027 College Charter Bus service is avaialble below. Please refer to this letter for booking information, links and important details. A reminder that bookings are first come, first served, and places cannot be held. All students who currently use the College Charter Bus service must complete a new booking for 2027. If you have any questions, please contact transport@kcc.vic.edu.au or call the College on 03 8339 3060.

Year 8 & 9 MacBook Program
When your child commences at Kolbe Catholic College in Year 8 or 9, they will be loaned a compatible MacBook Device, setup with all appropriate school applications and software.
The MacBook is loaned until the end of Year 9 and ownership may be transferred to the student at this time (no earlier) under certain conditions outlined in the “Terms and Conditions” document.
A Loan fee for the device is incorporated into the ICT Levy that is charged to your fee account in both Year 8 and Year 9.
Year 10-12 BYOD Program
Students will need to bring their own device. Please send an email to me advising the type of device that you currently own. I can then check with our IT department to ensure it is compatible.

These devices can be sourced externally from any major technology supplier.
An Orientation session for new students starting in Years 8-12 in 2027 will be held in late Term 4. Details will be provided early Term 4. Please bring your device to Orientation Day so that IT can configure it with the Kolbe network requirements.
